If you share your experience about cleanliness, product selection, staff assistance, and overall satisfaction, it can improve the products and services we offer at our Loblaws subsidiary stores.

Participation Steps:

• To share your experience with Loblaws, visit the official website: https://feedback.inmoment.com/websurvey/2/execute?_g=MTMxNjA%3DQ&_s2=ceb663af-3e90-4ffd-a052-9c4c28e47f27.

• Once you visit the website, you’ll be asked to enter your 19–21 digit survey code.
• If you’ve misplaced your receipt, simply choose the “Don’t have receipt” option to continue.
• Enter Receipt Details like survey code, date, and store number to verify your entry.
• Select the store you visited, such as No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Loblaws, Zehrs, Fortinos, or others, to give accurate feedback.
• Confirm the store’s location and address displayed on the screen to ensure the survey matches your visit.
• Agree to continue by clicking “Yes, please proceed with the survey” so your entry is valid for the monthly contest.
• Rate your experience—cleanliness, product selection, staff assistance, and overall satisfaction.
• Once done, you’ll automatically qualify for the $1,000 gift card / 1,000,000 PC Optimum™ points contest.

How often can you take out the StoreOpinion survey?

You can take the survey once a month with the 19–21 digit code on your recent Loblaw or partner store receipt.

Can you do the StoreOpinion survey without a receipt?

Yes, you may still take part even if you misplaced your receipt. Just click on the “Don’t have receipt” link on the survey homepage.

Can StoreOpinion send surveys by email?

StoreOpinion does not send surveys via email. You can only take them on their official website, storeopinion.ca.

What prizes can you get for finishing the StoreOpinion survey?

You are automatically entered into the monthly drawing for a $1,000 PC Gift Card or 1,000,000 PC Optimum™ points when you finish the survey.
